Lets talk ABAKUS jewelry designed by Marsha Chun-Matsubara. Marsha is from Minnesota and is considered a luxury couture jewelry designer. Marsha believes "people should not blend in, but wear outstanding accessories with confidence and understand what kinds of intrinsic value design holds." I discovered this brand in NY while attending the IFB conference this weekend. As a part of our gift bags we received a gift card to debut located in SoHo. Debut features clothing and jewelry by up and coming designers. And yes there is alot of gorgeous items in the store so go check it out. My purchase was an edgy cuff by ABAKUS CIRCA 2010. The cuff is black python with peacock pearls, lead free gunmetal chains, spikes with movement, leather lining and is hefty in weight. Now I don't consider my style as edgy but I have to work this cuff into my style because it is so unique. There isn't any need to compete with this cuff so I will keep my look simple and pay tribute to ABAKUS.
