Been so long, gosh I miss the Hills. Stephanie Pratt attended the US Weekly’s Hot Hollywood Party in 2009. She wore a French Connection Spirit Catcher dress CIRCA 2009. I love embellishments and one of my favorite colors is royal blue. So I am loving this dress! Stephanie looks fab but the clutch is just too much bling. Dial it down with a matte color clutch unless you are partying in Vegas.
